Ricardo was recommended to us, who scheduled an initial meeting within just a few days of my call to him. During this first meeting with Ricardo and his partner, Miro Tymosiak, they truly listened to our specifications and parameters for a single family house. They also had extensive knowledge about the neighborhood, including personal input on the public school districts and private school offerings. Ricardo and Miro (Team Coppel) subsequently went over the available MLS listings that fit our criteria, but they were also flexible enough to pivot to my list of homes that I'd prepared and desired to view in person. Ricardo immediately set up appointments to tour these homes, as many in one day as possible. While touring these homes, Ricardo and Miro were observant, attentive, and patient. What was more remarkable was that they simultaneously kept an eye out for other homes, including ones that were about to come on market, that fit our criteria and scheduled us to view those as well, so that we could adequately perform our due diligence and maximize our exposure to as many available and potentially fitting homes as possible in order to ensure that my husband and I would make the best and most educated choice.   We settled on a home to proceed on, and Ricardo and Miro were exceptional from start to finish. My husband and I have engaged with many realtors in several different states, but I cannot emphasize enough that we have never received the caliber of service that we received with Team Coppel. It was very refreshing and impressive. We have relatively high expectations and may come across as quite particular at times, but Team Coppel never disappointed us at any point during the purchase process. Highlights include discussing at length the market comparables within the last 6 months as well as our offer negotiation strategy; aggressively advocating on behalf of our interests against the seller's agent; explaining and scheduling a comprehensive slew of inspections for the house (general, plumbing, pest, mold/air quality, roof, pool, HVAC); and hammering out our repair requests to submit to the seller's agent.  They were immediately responsive by text, email, and phone. Furthermore, since my husband and I were staying at an Airbnb rental during this time and without a printer, Ricardo and Miro would print everything we needed in hard copy in addition to driving the documents to physically and personally deliver it to us - not just one time, but many times throughout the purchase process!  When our mortgage with a big bank hit a snag, where they could not deliver a rate that was initially promised, Miro referred us to their in-house mortgage contact, who instantly took over and was able to offer a better rate that the big bank still could not match, let alone compete with! Team Coppel even scheduled notary appointments for us and continued to print and deliver every document we needed.  Following closing, Team Coppel continued to check in to make sure we were settling in without issue. They've also offered additional insight with respect to good restaurants, pest control companies, furniture stores, even a place to purchase a box spring! I'll likely have to contact them for their preferred mechanic and dentist ;-)  The professional service provided by Team Coppel was bar none. They have integrity, which is a rarity these days. My husband and I unequivocally recommend them for any real estate needs.

  On the selling side, Ricardo process of selling a home is one that I have never seen before and was spot on in getting us top dollar and no surprises.  When he represented us in purchasig our home, his negotiation skills was what sealed the deal for us and we beat out other competing offers.  He is a true professional and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.  

He helped us list our home in Tucson and present it to the market. In short order he had it sold at a value higher than we anticipated. As we didn't occupy the home, and we lived in a different city, we were concerned about having to make trips to Tucson to handle any variety of issues - from repairs to interim maintenance to being available in person for meetings, etc. During the time when Ricardo listed our home we didn't make a single trip to Tucson. He handled literally everything. He facilitated having vendors stop by. He watched over them as if the home were his own. And he made our lives incredibly easy during the process. The property was on the low end of the price scale, but Ricardo gave me million-dollar service. Ricardo is not one of those realtors who “passed the test” last year so he could try selling real estate while the market is hot. He loves what he does and his dedication and “Long” experience show up in how well he serves his clients. I’ve been through a few home inspections with Ricardo, and the various inspectors said they like working with him and respect him because he is squared away and knowledgeable. They said he’s trustworthy and smart, and that I got a good agent. That made me feel good, although I was already convinced it was true. One interesting point is that I was working with agents in four cities during this process. Those others didn’t listen as well, weren’t as efficient, and treated their jobs more like a hobby. Who knows what they’ll do next if the real estate market cools? Not like Ricardo! Another point is that he did a wonderful job with the video walk-throughs of the properties. He has an excellent sense of what a buyer might look at or wonder about, and he included those in his commentary, sometimes turning around when he noticed something “curious”. Only an experienced realtor who cares can do that well. Because he’s seen everything, he would point out things to watch for and would explain issues that could cause problems, and make sure I didn’t overlook the advantages of a property. As I was investigating this market from Colorado, it was reassuring to have Ricardo provide that level of detail and commentary that most agents nowadays can’t do. Don’t take a risk during such an important decision. Go with Ricardo!

He has helped me buy 2 homes and sell 2 homes. Each time it was an utterly flawless experience. He isn't a one trick realtor that just does bare minimums looking for his fee. Ricardo made us feel relaxed and comfortable with making tough decisions, even when the stress levels were high. Ricardo made himself available during all hours of the day AND when he was on vacation!! Most agents will not do that! They were faced with the difficult task of helping me buy a condo site unseen as I was moving from Wisconsin to Tucson and could not view units myself. I would have been able to close with as much confidence as I did without Ricardo and Miro's amazing effort. They went above and beyond expectations and what was expected of them as real estate agents throughout the entire process. They took me on live video tours of many units I was interested in and were in constant contact helping me sort through available units. I ended up choosing a unit with the option of full furnishment, and Ricardo negotiated a great side deal on the pricing (from $5000 to $2200).
